Zeenat Hussain, Khan’s beloved mother, is presently under the care of a private medical facility in Chennai. This move comes after she suffered a heart attack in October of the previous year. The Dangal star has secured his lodging at a hotel close to the medical facility, allowing him to be readily available to support his mother throughout her medical treatment.
In a recent interview, Aamir Khan shared the heartfelt reasons behind his decision to take a break from his acting career. He expressed his deep love and concern for his ageing mother, as well as his commitment to his three children, Junaid, Ira, and Azad.
“When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that that nothing else happens in my life,” said Aamir Khan. “I was supposed to do a film after ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ called ‘Champions.’ It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break and be with my family, my mom, and my kids.”
He continued, “I was venting my anger on cinema because I thought this is what has pulled me away from my family. So, I was needlessly venting anger on cinema and myself. I told everyone at home, ‘Abhi mera kaam ho gaya, ab main aapke saath time bitaunga’ (I am done with my work. Now I want to spend my time with you).”
