At the awards event, director SS Rajamouli’s epic film ‘RRR’ received multiple National Awards, showcasing the creative brilliance of the Indian film industry. Actor Pankaj Tripathi was recognized as the Best Supporting Actor, while actor-director Rakshit Shetty’s ‘777 Charlie’ won the prestigious Best Feature Film in Kannada.

Before the ceremony, Allu Arjun expressed his joy, saying, “I am extremely happy that I am receiving this award. It’s a double achievement for me to receive it for a commercial film.” His words reflected the significance of recognition for commercial cinema and his pride in the achievement.

On the red carpet of the National Film Awards, Kriti Sanon shared her excitement, stating, “To win a National Award within the first decade of your career is a very big thing. I am really fortunate and blessed that I got an opportunity like ‘Mimi.’ Sometimes you do not get to play such a layered character easily. I am really blessed and fortunate that my director and producer felt that I could do it. Just feeling very elated today.”
