Penn Badgley is an American actor, producer, and singer best known for his roles in the hit TV shows “You” and “Gossip Girl.” Born on November 1, 1986, in Baltimore, Maryland, Badgley got his start in the entertainment industry at a young age. He moved to Los Angeles with his mother when he was 11 years old and soon began doing voiceover work for children’s radio stations.
