Former Zimbabwean cricket legend Andy Flower declined an offer to lead the Pakistani cricket team because of his busy schedule.The Pakistan Cricket Commission (PCB) reportedly wanted a replacement Misbah-ul-HaqHe is the current coach of the Pakistan national team with Flower after Pakistan lost 1-2 to England in the three-game T20I series in July this year.
Flower has extensive experience in coaching the cricket team. He is the head coach of many franchises in several T20 leagues around the world. He is also the head coach of the Saint Lucian Kings costume in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) while wearing the hat of the head coach of the Multan Sultans side in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Apart from that, the former Zimbabwean cricket colossus is also the head coach of the Abu Dhabi T10 League’s Deliberes and plays the same role in the Trent Rocket Hundred Tournaments. In addition to this, Flower is also involved with the Punjab Kings (PBKS) side as an assistant coach.

Andy Flower also told the Pakistan Cricket Commission (PCB) that he wants to be more involved in franchise cricket and, as a result, does not want to be the head coach of the Pakistani side.
The current head coach, Misbah-ul-Haq, does not have a good relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Commission (PCB) and the PCB wants to replace him with a foreign coach. However, Misva may continue to work until the end of the 2021 T20 World Cup.
Andy Flower was the mainstay of Zimbabwe For over a decade, he represented the Zimbabwe Cricket Team in 63 tests and 213 ODI matches. He scored 4794 runs in white with an average of 51.55, but plundered 6786 runs, an average of over 35 in the ODI format of the game. He recorded the 16th century in both testing and ODI.
