Different Types of Ration Cards

Ration cards come in the following varieties in Arunachal Pradesh:

  • APL card: Pink ration cards are held by APL families. APL cards are issued by the government to those whose annual income exceeds Rs. 10,000. Cardholders who meet this proportional requirement are not eligible for any subsidies.
  • BPL card: Used by BPL households to store dark green ration cards. The resident receives an annual income of less than Rs. 1000. The distribution of basic necessities to the population will be heavily subsidized on the basis of this ration card.
  • AAY card: Yellow ration cards are held by AAY families. The state’s poorest residents receive AAY cards from the government, and the subsidy and plan are different.
  • AY cards: Annapurna beneficiaries were issued AY cards, which are light green ration cards. Native Americans 65 and older who meet specific requirements receive AY cards.

  • A new page will open on the screen
  • Now click on the Ration card application form link to download application form or you can directly get application form from nearest ration card office
  • After that, take the printout of the application form
  • Now fill out the form with all the required details
  • Then attach all the required documents to the form
  • Finally, submit the application form to the nearest ration card office in the area with the prescribed fee.
  • After confirmation of all information, the candidate will receive a receipt of their application so that they can follow its progress.

  • Click on the Check request status option
  • A new page will open on the screen
  • Now enter the app ID and contact number
  • After that click on Submit button
  • Once you click on the Submit button, your application status will open on the screen.
