BBQ Rice Recipe: How To Make BBQ Rice For A Delicious Dinner
You’ll need to start by making rice. If you have leftover rice, you can also use that. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions till they are translucent. Add finely chopped garlic and leeks, and cook till the raw aroma goes away. Next, add the capsicum, and tomatoes and stir fry. Meanwhile, in a bowl, prepare the barbecue sauce by adding all the ingredients. Pour the sauce into the pan and add water, cover the pan and let it cook on simmer. Add the cooked rice, and season it with salt, pepper and vinegar. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green onions, parsley, or chives.
