To make this dish, first take a bowl and mix with besan, red pepper powder, pepper and salt as you like. Finely chop the leftover vegetables such as onions, capsicum, tomatoes and carrots and add to the dry mix. Add water to the bowl and mix everything. Make sure the dough consistency is fluid.
Now take the bread and soak it in the besan batter. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the bread from both sides. When it turns golden, serve and enjoy.
