Both parottas have almost the same ingredients, but bread parotta is said to be made without eggs and is ideal for vegetarians.

To make this dish, first take a bowl, add maida flour, baking soda, sugar and salt, and mix the dough with milk and oil. Make sure it is sticky and consistent. When finished, cover the dough with oil and let it rest for 2 hours. Now take a small piece of dough and spread it out. Then hold the edges and fold the dough into a rectangle. When the layer appears, make it circular again. Now, bake this in a pan until it turns light brown.
