How to make chicken garlic fried rice | Chicken Burnt Garlic Fried Rice Recipe:
This recipe requires rice, vegetables, boneless chicken chunks, salt, black pepper, garlic and sauce. You can make it with freshly cooked rice or use the rice left over from your last meal.
Now, all you need to do is heat the oil in a kadai or wok, add chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. When finished, add the onions and fry until translucent. Then add chopped chicken chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add salt, green pepper, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix everything well and continue to stir for 1 minute. Now, add the rice and mix well again.
The final step is to add the burnt garlic tucker on top of the rice. To do this, heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic (10-11 cloves) and fry until golden. Then pour it over the rice and your cooking is ready to enjoy.
