First, take Talldal and Chanadal, soak for a while and mix with water. Make sure that a rough texture is formed. Place this mix in a large bowl and add coconut, curry leaves, coriander, ginger, cumin, hen, pepper and salt as you like. Combine these together. Next, these dumplings are shaped into a cylinder, placed in a steamer and steamed for about 20 minutes, and served with spicy tomato chutney.
