James Corden was found rushing into a Los Angeles driver dressed as a mouse to promote his new musical.
Camera footage recorded by a Twitter user named Anthony shows a flashmob in the middle of LA traffic, with Corden, Camila Cabello, Billy Porter, and Idina Menzel singing Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud.”
In the video, Corden approaches the driver’s side of the car, sings through the window, and then repeatedly stabs the car.
Corden is one of the stars and producers CinderellaWill arrive at Amazon Prime next month. It starring Cabello as a classic fairy-tale princess who is horribly treated by her evil stepmother and sister-in-law.
Menzel depicts Cinderella’s stepmother, Pause Starporter depicts Fab G, Cinderella’s genderless “Fairy Father”. Corden plays a supportive role as a mouse that transforms into a human.
Many people quickly mocked up the clip on Twitter, and one wrote:
“I didn’t have to see James Corden slamming in his rat costume this sunny Saturday, but it’s okay,” another added.
Skit is probably part of the film’s upcoming promotional activities, and Corden has previously shot many musical sketches as part of his US talk show.
Corden’s presence in the film elicited various reactions at the time of release. CinderellaIn the trailer earlier this month, some viewers complain that too many British stars have appeared in recent musicals.
