Joe Lycett states that the fight against anxiety means trying to beat Lorraine Kelly on live television.
Comedians have revealed that the long battle against stage phobia has evolved into anxiety attacks in recent years. One particular episode made him convinced that he was about to quit one of the country’s most beloved presenters at breakfast.
“I had a stage phobia throughout my career, but I’m nervous,” Reset said. Parents.. “They are a source of potential energy. But in recent years I have also had anxiety attacks. The last was Lorraine Kelly’s show. I felt like my throat was closed and I was vomiting.”

Reset became a headline earlier this month when it seemed to dominate the Channel 4 chat show.
Appearing Steph’s packed lunch, Reset boasted that it gave up disposable white plastic because it was difficult to recycle. However, presenter Steph McGovern provided Lycett with evidence that he had recently drank a bottle of Yop made of disposable white plastic.
After that, Reset took off the mic and jumped out of the set.
Later, it became clear that a walkout was planned to raise awareness of the issue, and as a result, Yop promised to replace the bottle.
