Suniel Shetty is known for his movies, but not many know that the actor is a huge fan of cricket. In a recent interview, cricketer KL Rahul, who is rumored to be dating Suniel’s daughter Athiya Shetty, shared that the actor is not just a fan, but is in fact “borderline obsessed.” with cricket.
In a conversation with Gaurav Kapur on Breakfast with Champions, the cricketer said: “He’s not just a fan. He understands the game very well. He is on the verge of obsession.” Rahul revealed that they also have their share of arguments about the game. “We have some conversations, discussions sometimes, disagreements as well. He speaks sense because he understands the game. He tells me: ‘You’re not fit enough. You are injuring yourself. There’s a reason for that. You are not eating healthy. He is all about the healthy lifestyle, the training.”

KL Rahul added that if Suniel Shetty can be this fit at 60, he has no reason to hesitate. “You look at it at 60-61. He is as fit as anyone. He can do it at 60, I don’t see why I can’t do it. I can’t find any reason. Rather he should not find any reason,” he said.
KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have been dating for quite some time. Although the couple has not made any statement about their relationship, they do not hesitate to indulge themselves on social networks.
