First, prepare a large mixing bowl with onion paste, hang curd or yogurt, roasted chick bean flour (for crunch), red pepper powder, kashmir red pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala paste, other spices, dried fruits and nuts. Add like cashew nuts, poppy seeds, keura, saffron and so on. Mix everything well, then add chicken and mix again.
After marinating, prepare a large pot with a large bottom, add plenty of oil and add plenty of ghee. Add cumin and caraway seeds (optional). After spattering, put the marinated chicken in oil and roast slowly. Keep from low to medium heat and continue to stir to prevent burns and stickiness on the bottom of the pan.
