Antara launches 5th out of 35 care homes (4th facility in NCR) since first launch in 2020

AntaraA part of the USD 5 billion Max Group, today announced the launch of its 10-bedded care home facility in Jasola. This launch comes after Antara announced an investment of over Rs. 300 crores in Senior Residences for Seniors, Care Homes and Care at Home Services and Medcare products over the next 3-4 years. This is the fifth such facility to be introduced since the first launch in 2020. Antara Memory will set up a range of 30-35 such facilities including care homes.
The main focus of the new care home will be on pre and post operation care in Delhi-NCR with special emphasis on international and domestic medical tourism. Given the relaxation of COVID-19 norms and the prediction of a fourth wave in mid-2022, the need for dedicated care assets has increased. The facility is in close proximity to hospitals/nursing homes, providing easy access.
Care home services cater to senior citizens over the age of 55 who require more comprehensive interventions in their daily lives due to medical or age-related issues.
