And ironically, it was Dinesh Karthik’s dismissal that allowed Doni to overtake the KKR wicket-keeper. Josh Hazlewood bowled the full delivery, Karthik went to the slice, the ball took the outer edge of the willow and settled in Dhoni’s hand behind the stump.
Doni also caught Bencatesh Ayer’s catch behind the stump earlier that day. For a bowled delivery outside the stump off, the KKR opener went for a drive and nicked the ball behind the stump to Doni.
Kolkata Knight Riders Posts 171/6 to CSK
