The Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions played a wild and entertaining game in Week 4 of the NFL season, with the Seahawks coming out on top by a score of 48-45.
The Seahawks were led by quarterback Geno Smith, who had a career day, throwing for 320 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran for a touchdown.
Running back Rashaad Penny also had a big game for the Seahawks, rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns.

The Lions were led by quarterback Jared Goff, who threw for 378 yards and four touchdowns. Tight end T.J. Hockenson had a huge game for the Lions, catching eight passes for 179 yards and two touchdowns.
The game was back-and-forth throughout, with neither team able to gain a significant advantage. The Seahawks led 24-21 at halftime, but the Lions scored 17 unanswered points in the third quarter to take a 38-24 lead.
The Seahawks came back to tie the game at 38-38 in the fourth quarter, and then took a 45-38 lead on a Smith touchdown pass to DK Metcalf.
The Lions answered with a Goff touchdown pass to Hockenson to tie the game at 45-45.
