First, take a large pot and add half the pot of water to it. Next, put the tea leaves in a muslin cloth, tie a knot, and boil in a nutri. Continue to stir so that the color spreads evenly. Next, drain the nutri, wash it with fresh water, and chop it into small pieces.

Take a wok and add the oil and butter together. Put chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green pepper in a pan and fry for 5 minutes. After mixing well, add the tomato puree with all the other spices and mix well.
Pour the tomato sauce and fry until the ghee separates. Add nutries on top of it and mix properly. Nutri is ready, serve it in kulcha or choke it on it.
