With this in mind, celebrity nutritionist and life coach Luke Coutinho shared some simple tips on how to take turmeric to improve digestion.

During the winter season, there are some problems related to the intestines, such as slow digestion. During the winter, our bodies tend to save heat and energy, which slows down metabolism. This is why experts suggest eating the right type of food to promote smooth digestion. According to Luke Coutinho, one such food is soaked in turmeric. In an Instagram post, he said that fresh turmeric soaked in water with fresh lemon, ginger, pink salt, and basil could help enhance digestion and “everything else.” Said. You can also add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
He further instructed the mix to be soaked in an airtight Mason jar for three days and enjoyed with a meal once a day. He also said, “If it suits you, you have it, if not, you don’t have it.”
