How to make a bread cream roll:
Start by hanging the card on a muslin cloth. Be sure to remove all water from the card. Mix powdered sugar in the hanging curd. This curd mixture acts as a cream on a bread cream roll.
Take a slice of bread. Cut the skin and flatten it with a rolling pin. Spread the curd cream evenly on the flattened bread. Roll the bread. Spread the softened butter on the edge of the bread. Bake the roll until crispy. The cream roll is ready!
