Kartik is a gym-enthusiast. He works out regularly to build his upper body strength and also indulges in several weight training exercises.

The Bhool Bhulaiya 2 actor builds his strength by doing bodyweight exercises including push ups, pull ups, squats, mountain climbing and more.

In an interview, he revealed that he indulges in jump rope 500 times a day along with 300-200 push ups.

While Kartik is a vegetarian, he makes sure to meet his daily requirement for protein through soya, paneer, etc.

Reportedly, he starts his morning with a glass of lukewarm lemon water. He divides his meals into small portions and does not have tea or coffee. He prefers having green tea daily. Staying hydrated is key for him.
