WTW has announced that Tammy Richardson has been appointed as the European Regional Leader in Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) and is the latest member of the company’s Global ICT Leadership Team.
Richardson recently led the UK and Ireland in the same business. With her new role, she leads a team of over 500 employees and is responsible for P & L management and strategy.

Richardson has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has diverse backgrounds in finance, risk, strategy, sales and business development, and P & L management. Prior to joining WTW in 2021, he held board-level roles at Genworth Financial and GE Capital.She was named one of the hottest women in 2019 Business insuranceAnd the following year, I became a livery man of the Worshipful Company of Insurers.
